Spending Christmas at this hotel was an overall fantastic experience. The hot springs were a key aspect of our stay, offering both indoor and outdoor options for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though there were less of them. The location was great, being near the train station and offering a spacious room. I loved the free yukata and tasty meals that were included during my stay.
Some parts of the hotel's exterior were a bit rundown and could use some updating. I was also disappointed to find out that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and that I had to go to the lobby to use it.

The limited Wi-Fi access, which was only available in the lobby area. the overall appearance of the hotel was a little outdated and could use some modernization.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The private onsen was definitely the highlight of our trip. The hotel offered different types of private hot springs to choose from, and we enjoyed trying them all. The amenities provided were great, and the changing room was well-stocked with creams and lotions. The indoor and outdoor hot springs were both fantastic. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering arcade games, billiards, table tennis, and karaoke. The location was also convenient, as it was a short walk away from the train station down to the big river. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout our stay.
Nothing bad to say.

My mother and I stayed at Itoen Hotel and had a great time. The location was convenient, close to the station. The room had a stunning view of the river and the sound of flowing water was so relaxing. The amenities were impressive, including beautiful kimonos and a green tea set. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options, and the fact that it came with free alcohol was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also had various leisure activities like karaoke and darts. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
